In primary markets, properties listing UI design has to be segregated into different sections for the better understanding of the user to choose their dream homes. To view the comprehensive property listing page, added multitudinous types of filters, sorting, specifications, and categories. We divided individual profile settings into three – shortlisted properties, assisted purchases, owned properties.

Inside the property listing page, implementation of unique case sections like types of units, floor plan, no of available units, agreement pricing of the primary market segments and many other detailed features were covered. This section enables the customers to filter and search with ease the types of units, floor plans, pricing plans, etc., of all the listed properties. Custom drop in locations and calculate the travel time along with nearby commutes (Hot spots).

Our team’s main challenge is the execution of FABO share model into this application. We enabled hassle free bridge between the FABO sales team and the individual user’s interest towards a property with respect to all the key points. FABO share concept was designed and executed in the lines of CRM modules.
